Unlike so many tooled leather gifts, this 8 ounce flask was designed, tooled and stained in Texas - by me (the owner of Truly Texan). A while back I read the most depressing story about the Ganges river and what's happening to it, in large part because of the leather factories that are dumping waste products into it.  Those factories are producing items for Americans primarily.   Sad.

Well, my flask was stained with Eco-Flo, an environmentally safer stain and finish than is used by most foreign leather companies. So, do your part to keep the earth clean by buying from someone you know isn't polluting our water.
